MEMBER EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR

We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-focused administrative professional to join our team at Splitz Gymnastics!

Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (20-40 hours/wk)

What You’ll Bring:

• Gymnastics experience
• First Aid certification
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with Mac-based and web-based software to support management
• Availability for evenings and weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Help ensure a positive, welcoming experience for our communities
• Support day-to-day front office operations
• Communicate with students, families, and staff

Not certified and interested in our Splitz Instructor Training (SIT) Program?

SPLITZ INSTRUCTOR TRAINING (SIT)

Our Instructor Training Program is targeted for individuals of all ages and experience who are PASSIONATE about physical activity and CHILDREN. A successful candidate for this program will be energetic, enthusiastic, encouraging and have a willingness to learn. The programs scheduling complements school commitments while providing fulfilling casual work or full-time career pathways.

This program generally takes 3 months and is suitable for a wide range of applicants.  High school students aged 15 years or older, university students, teachers wanting to be active, ECE practitioners, sports instructors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, retired gymnasts or athletes, mature adults with a background in health sciences, dance teachers and individuals interested in working with children are welcome to apply.

What we require

• Enthusiasm, energy, positive body language, and openness to mentor feedback
• 1 or 2 training shifts a week – flexible to work around your work or study commitments.  One weekend day availability required 
• Available for 2 shifts a week after completion of training program (one weekend day)
• 3 hours of online development & training
• Completion of “Respect in Sport Online” course (2 hours)
• Criminal record check for candidates 18 years +
• Gymnastics experience recommended
