Membership Questions

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

What happens if my child misses a class?
No worries! Splitz offers
one make-up token per month for currently enrolled families.

  • Make-up classes are a member benefit and subject to availability.
  • Tokens must be booked through your online portal.
  • Tokens expire after 90 days.
  • Tokens can be used anytime while your child is actively enrolled in a class.

Withdrawing from Classes

Can I stop classes mid-month?
We do not offer mid-month withdrawals. To end your enrollment, please notify us
before the 15th of the month. Your child’s enrollment will then end at the end of that month. If notice is received after the 15th, your enrollment will continue through the end of the following month.


What if I decide to stop attending altogether?
To withdraw from our programs:

  • Notify us via phone, email, app, or in person before the 15th of the month.
  • If notice is received after the 15th, your enrollment will continue through the end of the following month.

Holding a Spot During Extended Absences

Can I hold my child’s spot if we’ll be away for a while?
Because we use a
continuous enrollment system, we’re unable to hold class spots without payment.

If you'll be away and don't want to be charged, we recommend:

  • Withdrawing by the 15th of the month
  • Reaching out to us when you’re ready to re-enroll

If you choose to continue paying while away:

  • Your child’s spot will be held
  • You’ll still receive one make-up token per month for any missed classes

Trial Classes

Can my child try a class before enrolling?
Absolutely! At Splitz, we welcome new members to experience a class before committing to full enrollment.

  • Trial classes are offered at a prorated rate.
  • You can book a trial in any class with available space.
  • The trial fee will be added to your family account.
  • Your child’s spot will be held for 24 hours after the trial, giving you time to decide.
  • If you choose to enroll, we’ll apply the remaining monthly tuition and registration fee.


What to Wear & Bring

What should my child wear to class?

  • Comfortable, active clothing (no bare midriffs, please)
  • Bare feet in the gym
  • A water bottle for hydration
  • No uniform is required for trial or recreational classes


Advancing Levels & Age Groups

What happens when my child levels up or ages out?
When it’s time for your child to move to the next level or age group, we’ll contact you with recommendations and placement options to ensure a smooth transition.


Can we stay in our current class if we love it?
Yes! While we encourage moving up when your child is ready, staying in their current class is fine. They can begin working on their next level’s skills right where they are until they’re comfortable moving up.


My child’s birthday is in 3 months—can they move up early?
Children may move to the next age group within one month of their birthday.

make-up class bookings, withdrawal requests, and enrolment adjustments must be completed directly through the Splitz Gymnastics App.

You can find the Splitz Gymnastics App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching:

Once installed, enter the appropriate organization code to access your login page:

  • splitzcloverdale (for Cloverdale location)
  • splitzabbotsford (for Abbotsford location)


Login Instructions

Do not create a new account. Please log in using the primary email address on file and the password you originally set up.

If you're unsure of your password, contact us—we’re happy to send a password reset link.


Using the App

Once logged in:

  1. Tap “Account” at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select your child’s photo at the top of the page.
  3. You’ll now have access to:
  • Class evaluations
  • Make-up bookings
  • Absence reporting
  • And more

Booking a Make-Up Class

  1. Follow the steps above to reach your child’s profile.
  2. Navigate to the Make-Ups section.
  3. Tap on your available token and select “Request.”
  4. The app will show available classes for today by default.
  5. Tap the calendar icon at the top to view availability up to two weeks in advance.
  6. Select the day and time that best fits your schedule.

How It Works

Once you’ve submitted your application and are approved by the organization of your choice:

  • Funding will be sent directly to Splitz Gymnastics.
  • Your approved amount will be applied to your account and used toward future tuition payments.

Please note:

  • Funding cannot be applied retroactively. We are unable to refund any previous payments made before the funding was received.
  • Once the approved funding is fully used, your personal payment method on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.


Withdrawing from Programs

If you wish to withdraw from our programs, notice must be provided by the 15th of the month in order to withdraw at the end of that month.

At Splitz, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and exciting environment where children of all ages and abilities can experience physical success. Our exceptional coaching staff in both Cloverdale and Abbotsford offer the ultimate gymnastics experience for our communities.

Program Overview

Our gymnastics programs run continuously throughout the year, with no long-term commitment. You may enroll or withdraw at any time, offering flexibility for your family.


Tuition & Payment Information

Monthly Tuition Includes:

  • 4 classes per month
  • Pro-rated fees if fewer than 4 classes occur due to scheduled closures
  • If a month includes a fifth week, you will still attend class during that week at no additional cost. In the event that fewer than four classes are held due to a scheduled closure, your tuition will automatically be prorated.

Payment Methods:

  • AutoPay (Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card):
  • Set up through the Parent Portal, by phone, or in person
  • 2% convenience fee applies
  • E-Cheque (no convenience fee):
  • Set up by phone or in person
  • $25 + GST fee for returned payments


  • Payments are processed on the 1st of each month or the following business day. A valid form of payment must be on file to remain active in the program.

Annual Membership (2024–2025)

All participants must become a Splitz Member upon enrollment.

Annual Fee: $60
Membership Valid: September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025

  • Charged automatically with your first month’s tuition or on September 1st, whichever comes first.

Membership Includes:

  • Splitz Gymnastics registration and insurance
  • Access to draws and giveaways
  • Discounts for siblings and multiple class registrations

Trial Classes

Not ready to commit? Try a class first!

  • One trial class may be booked at a prorated rate
  • Trials are available in any class with space
  • A charge will appear on your account once booked
  • Trial spots are held for 24 hours after the class to allow decision-making


Make-Up Classes

Missed a class? No problem!

  • Receive 1 make-up token per month for missed classes
  • Tokens expire after 90 days
  • Make-ups are available while enrolled, subject to availability
  • Book directly through your Parent Portal

Class Cancellation / Withdrawal

To cancel your child’s membership, a drop request must be submitted by the 15th of the month to withdraw at the end of that month. Requests may be made:

  • Through the Parent Portal
  • By email, phone, or in person

If your request is submitted after the 15th, your withdrawal will be processed for the following month. Your child may continue attending classes until the end of the next billing cycle.

Discounts

Sibling Discounts:

  • 2nd child: 10%
  • 3rd child: 15%
  • 4th child: 25%
  • 5th child: 50%

Multiple Class Discounts (per child):

  • 2nd class: 10%
  • 3rd class: 15%
  • 4th class: 25%
  • 5th class: 50%

One-Time Events

  • All participants must have valid insurance
  • Children 5 years and under must be accompanied by a parent
  • Pre-registration and payment are required
  • No refunds or transfers within 5 days of the scheduled event
  • Drop requests may be made via phone, in person, or through the portal

Late Pick-Up Policy

A $25 late fee will be applied if a child is not picked up within 15 minutes of their class ending.

Facility Closures

If our facilities must close:

  • Closures up to 2 weeks: Make-up tokens will be added to your account
  • Closures beyond 2 weeks: Tuition will be reduced by 75% to maintain enrollment
  • Standard withdrawal policy applies: Notice must be submitted by the 15th of the month to withdraw for the end of that month
  • Membership Information

    What happens if I no longer want to attend classes?

    If you would like to withdraw from our programs, notice must be provided via phone, email, or in person before the 15th of the month to end your enrollment at the end of that month.

    If notice is received after the 15th, your commitment will continue through the end of the following month.


    Can I stop classes mid-month?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer an option to stop classes mid-month.

    If you would like to end your participation, please provide notice prior to the 15th so your enrollment can end with that month.

    When do payments come out of my account?

    Payments are processed automatically through our Autopay system on the 1st of every month.

    Can I hold my child’s spot if we’ll be away for a while?

    Because we operate as a continuous program, we are unable to hold class spaces without payment.

    If you’ll be away for an extended period and don’t wish to be charged, we recommend:

    • Withdrawing by the 15th of the month
    • Contacting us to re-enroll when you're ready to return

    If you choose to continue paying to hold your child’s spot, you’ll still receive one make-up token per month for missed classes.

    We’ll reach out with next-step recommendations and placement options when your child either:

    Our goal is to support a smooth and supportive transition.


    My child just passed into the next level, but we love our current class. Can we stay?

    Absolutely. While we recommend moving up when ready, participants are welcome to stay in their current class until they feel comfortable transitioning to the next class. They will work on their new level in their current class until they transition over.


    My child’s birthday is in 3 months—can they move up to the next age group now?

    We allow early advancement up to the next age group within one month of their birthday.

    All make-up class requests, requests to withdraw, and enrolment adjustments need to be processed directly through your Splitz Gymnastics App.


    If you have not yet downloaded The Splitz Gymnastics App, you can do so directly through your Apple or Google Play store by searching "Splitz Gymnastics"


    Once you have downloaded the app, you will use the organization code splitzcloverdale or splitzabbotsford to access your login page.

    Once you have logged into your account, click “Account” at the bottom of the page. From here, you will see your child’s name and photo at the top of the page. Click on their photo. You will be able to view your child’s evaluations, book make-up classes, submit an absence and more.


    Make-up Classes


    To book a make-up class, first follow the steps above. Once you have reached the make-ups page, click to view your available token and then select “request”. You will automatically see “todays” availability. Select the calendar at the top of the page to view up to a two-week period and select a day that best works for your schedule.

    Our gymnastics programs are continuous and run 12 months of the year. Participants are welcome to join or drop a class at any time with no long-term commitment.


    TUITION

    Payment options for monthly tuition include:


    AutoPay – Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card. Payment information can be submitted through the parent portal, over the phone or in person at our office.  A 2% convenience fee is applied to this option

    E-Cheque – Chequing account details. Payment information can be submitted over the phone or in person at our office.  There is no convenience fee applied to monthly tuition processed through E-Cheque. A returned cheque fee of $25.00+GST is applied to all returned payments.


    Splitz will process monthly fees on the 1st of each month or the following business day. Class tuition fees include 4 classes per month. If less than 4 classes are provided in a month due to a scheduled closure, the tuition will automatically be pro-rated. A valid form of payment must be on file in family account to remain active in the program. Splitz does NOT accept cash.


    *Prices are subject to GST *Class tuitions are monthly *AutoPay information (Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card/E-Cheque) must be included to process a request *All members are required to have valid insurance. Registration/ Insurance fees are valid from September 1st, 2024- August 31st, 2025.


    Please note: Once you have added the class or trial to your “cart” the balance owing will show as “$0.00” until we approve your request. 


    2024/2025 SPLITZ ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

    Each athlete will be required to become a full Splitz Member when they register for our programs. The Splitz Membership fee of $60 will be processed on September 1st or with your first month of tuition upon enrolment.


    The Splitz Annual Membership includes:


    - Your Splitz Gymnastics Registration and Insurance Fee

    - Chances for draws and prizes throughout the year

    - Sibling discounts, multiple class discounts and more!


    The 2024-2025 Splitz Annual Membership is effective from September 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2025 and will be automatically charged upon your child’s first enrolment approval and renewed every September. For further details about what is included, head over to our “Membership” section of our website.


    TRIAL CLASSES

    Splitz offers trial classes to provide new members the opportunity to attend one class at a prorated rate prior to committing to a continuous registration.  Our trial classes may be booked in any class with available spaces.  Once the trial class has been booked, a charge will be created to the family account.  All trial spaces will be held for 24 hours following the class to allow the family to determine if the class is a good fit for their child.


    MAKE-UP CLASSES

    Make-up classes are available as an additional member service to Splitz families. Once a class has been missed, you are allocated 1 make up token per month. Make-up tokens expire after 90 days and can be used at anytime while enrolled in the program. Classes are subject to availability. Make up classes are to be booked through your online portal. In order to register into a make-up class, you must still be currently enrolled in the program.


    CLASS CANCELLATION

    A request to drop is required to cancel your child’s membership. The withdraw request must be received by the 15th of the desired drop month in order to be processed. Requests to drop may be submitted through our parent portal, by email, by phone, or in person during office hours. Your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations. Requests received after the 15th of the month will receive a drop date for the end of the following month.


    DISCOUNTS

    Sibling

    10% to the second child registered

    15% discount to the third child registered

    25% discount to the fourth child registered

    50% discount to the fifth child registered


    Multiple class

    10% discount to a second-class registration

    15% discount to a third class registration

    25% discount to a fourth class registration

    50% discount to a fifth class registration


    ONE TIME EVENTS

    All participants are required to have valid insurance.

    - Children 6 years and under require parent supervision

    - Pre-registration and payment are required for all events

    - There are no refunds or transfers within 5 days of the scheduled event

    - Requests to drop may be made by phone, in person or through the parent portal


    LATE PICK UP FEE

    A $25 late pick up fee will be applied for students who are not picked up within 15 minutes of their class end time.


    CLOSURE POLICY

    In the event that our facilities close, make up tokens will be added to accounts for a closure of up to two weeks. For a closure beyond two weeks, tuition would be reduced by 75% to maintain enrolment. Our withdrawal policy will remain the same and notice will be required by the 15th of any month in order to discontinue for the following month.
