  • Membership Information

    What happens if I no longer want to attend classes?

    If you would like to withdraw from our programs, notice via phone, email or in person is required prior to the 15th of the month in order to complete your enrolment at the end of the month. If you let us know after the 15th, you will be committed until the end of the following month.


    What happens if I want to stop classes mid-month?

    Unfortunately we do not offer an option to stop classes mid-month. If you would like to stop the program, please submit notice, as stated above, prior to the 15th of the month in order to withdraw for the end of the month.


    What happens if my child misses a class?

    Not a problem! Our make-up policy allows for one make-up token per month. Make-up classes are available as an additional member service to Splitz families that are currently enrolled in our program. Tokens do not have an expiry and can be used at anytime while enrolled in our programs. Classes are subject to availability. Make-up classes are to be booked through your online portal.


    When do payments come out of my account?

    Payments are processed through our Autopay system on the 1st of every month. If you would like to withdraw from our program, please follow our withdrawal policy as stated above or visit our Policies and Procedures page.


    I am going to be away for an extended period of time, can I hold my child’s space in the class?

    Because we run a continuous program, we don’t have an option to hold your space in the class without payment. If you are going to be absent for a long period of time and would like to stop payments, we recommend withdrawing from the program by the 15th of the month and contacting us to re-enrol when you are ready to return. If you want to keep your space, families are welcome to continue with payments to hold their spot and a maximum of 1 make-up token would be allotted per month should you miss a class.

  • Program Questions

    What should my child wear and bring to class?

    Participants are encouraged to wear anything that they can be comfortable and active in. We recommend no bare midriffs and ask that participants are barefoot in the facility. Please bring a water bottle to class.


    What happens when my child ages out of their class or passes into the next level category?

    Should your child pass out of the class or age out of their program, we will contact you to help line up the next available option.


    My child just passed to the Silver class, but we really enjoy our current Bronze class. Can we stay in our current class?

    While we always recommend participants go into the appropriate age and level, they are always welcome to remain in their current class until they feel comfortable to move.


    My child’s birthday is in 3 months, can they already move up to the next age group?

    We can move participants’s up to the next age group one month from their birthday.

    All make-up class requests, requests to withdraw, and enrolment adjustments need to be processed directly through your iClass Pro App.

    Once you have downloaded the app, you will use the organization code splitzcloverdale to access your login page.


    Do not create a new account. Please use the primary email that you have on file and the password used to initially create your account. If you are unsure of your password, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’d be happy to send you a password reset email.

    Once you have logged into your account, click “Account” at the bottom of the page. From here, you will see your child’s name and photo at the top of the page. Click on their photo. You will be able to view your child’s evaluations, book make-up classes, submit an absence and more.


    Make-up Classes


    To book a make-up class, first follow the steps above. Once you have reached the make-ups page, click to view your available token and then select “request”. You will automatically see “todays” availability. Select the calendar at the top of the page to view up to a two-week period and select a day that best works for your schedule.

    At Splitz, we are committed to creating a safe, clean and exciting atmosphere for children to experience physical success.  We welcome all ages & abilities and challenge participants appropriately.  Our tremendous coaching staff and immaculate facility provide the ultimate playground for the Cloverdale & Abbotsford communities.

    Our gymnastics programs are continuous and run 12 months of the year. Participants are welcome to join or drop a class at any time with no long-term commitment.


    TUITION

    Payment options for monthly tuition include:


    AutoPay – Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card. Payment information can be submitted through the parent portal, over the phone or in person at our office.  A 2% convenience fee is applied to this option

    E-Cheque – Chequing account details. Payment information can be submitted over the phone or in person at our office.  There is no convenience fee applied to monthly tuition processed through E-Cheque. A returned cheque fee of $25.00+GST is applied to all returned payments.


    Splitz will process monthly fees on the 1st of each month or the following business day. Class tuition fees include 4 classes per month. If less than 4 classes are provided in a month due to a scheduled closure, the tuition will automatically be pro-rated. A valid form of payment must be on file in family account to remain active in the program. Splitz does NOT accept cash.


    *Prices are subject to GST *Class tuitions are monthly *AutoPay information (Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card/E-Cheque) must be included to process a request *All members are required to have valid insurance. Registration/ Insurance fees are valid from September 1st, 2023- August 31st, 2024.


    Please note: Once you have added the class or trial to your “cart” the balance owing will show as “$0.00” until we approve your request. 


    2023/2024 SPLITZ ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

    Each athlete will be required to become a full Splitz Member when they register for our programs. The Splitz Membership fee of $50 will be processed on September 1st or with your first month of tuition upon enrolment.


    The Splitz Annual Membership includes:


    - Your Splitz Gymnastics Registration and Insurance Fee

    - Chances to draws and prizes throughout the year

    - Sibling discounts, multiple class discounts and more!


    The 2023-2024 Splitz Annual Membership is effective from September 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2024 and will be automatically charged upon your child’s first enrolment approval and renewed every September. For further details about what is included, head over to our “Membership” section of our website.


    TRIAL CLASSES

    Splitz offers trial classes to provide new members the opportunity to attend one class at a prorated rate prior to committing to a continuous registration.  Our trial classes may be booked in any class with available spaces.  Once the trial class has been booked, a charge will be created to the family account.  All trial spaces will be held for 24 hours following the class to allow the family to determine if the class is a good fit for their child.


    MAKE-UP CLASSES

    Make-up classes are available as an additional member service to Splitz families. Once a class has been missed, you are allocated 1 make up token per month. Make-up tokens do not expire and can be used at anytime while enrolled in the program. Classes are subject to availability. Make up classes are to be booked through your online portal. In order to register into a make-up class, you must still be currently enrolled in the program.


    CLASS CANCELLATION

    A request to drop is required to cancel your child’s membership. The withdraw request must be received by the 15th of the desired drop month in order to be processed. Requests to drop may be submitted through our parent portal, by email, by phone, or in person during office hours. Your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations. Requests received after the 15th of the month will receive a drop date for the end of the following month.


    DISCOUNTS

    Sibling

    10% to the second child registered

    15% discount to the third child registered

    25% discount to the fourth child registered

    50% discount to the fifth child registered


    Multiple class

    10% discount to a second-class registration

    15% discount to a third class registration

    25% discount to a fourth class registration

    50% discount to a fifth class registration


    ONE TIME EVENTS

    All participants are required to have valid insurance.

    - Children 6 years and under require parent supervision

    - Pre-registration and payment are required for all events

    - There are no refunds or transfers within 5 days of the scheduled event

    - Requests to drop may be made by phone, in person or through the parent portal


    LATE PICK UP FEE

    A $25 late pick up fee will be applied for students who are not picked up within 15 minutes of their class end time.


    CLOSURE POLICY

    In the event that our facilities close, make up tokens will be added to accounts for a closure of up to two weeks. For a closure beyond two weeks, tuition would be reduced by 75% to maintain enrolment. Our withdrawal policy will remain the same and notice will be required by the 15th of any month in order to discontinue for the following month.
