Specialty (school aged)

Specialty Program

We recognize that many children have an interest in aspects of gymnastics, but are not looking for a traditional class with time spent on all apparatus.  Our Specialty Programs ensure there is an exciting class option for everyone! Class ratios are 8 students: 1 coach.

Stuntz for ages 5-7

55 minute class

no experience necessary

A great mix of Parkour and Gymnastics for both Boyz and Girlz. Learn to overcome obstacles, land and fall safely, build confidence, coordination and body awareness. It’s amazing what you can do! This class also includes an Introduction to Trampolines at Splitz.

Parkidz for ages 8-9

 

55 minute class

no experience necessary

An exciting class for Boyz and Girlz who are interested in learning Parkour.  Parkour is the art of movement using only your body to overcome obstacles with the most efficiency.  The art of Parkour incorporates many aspects of health including fitness, safety, mental motivation, self-confidence and discipline.

Parkour & Freerunning for ages 10+ Levels 1-2

55 minute class

no experience necessary

An exciting class for boyz and girlz who are interested in learning Parkour & Freerunning.  Parkour is the art of movement using only your body to overcome obstacles with the most efficiency.  The art of Parkour incorporates many aspects of health including fitness, safety, mental motivation, self-confidence and discipline. Freerunning is a version of Parkour, with added acrobatic moves that are purely aesthetic.

Advanced Parkour & Freerunning for ages 10+ Levels 3-4 & 5-6

1 hour 10 minute class

completion of Parkour & Freerunning Levels 1-2 required

 

A continued challenge for participantz who have completed Parkour & Freerunning Levels 1-2.  Parkour is the art of movement using only your body to overcome obstacles with the most efficiency.  The art of Parkour incorporates many aspects of health including fitness, safety, mental motivation, self-confidence and discipline. Freerunning is a version of Parkour, with added acrobatic moves that are purely aesthetic.

Trampoline and Tumbling Levels 1- 4

55 minute class

1 hour and 25 minute class

completion of level 4 required

 

 

 

 

Tumbling for Cheer and Dance

55 minute class

A specialized class aimed at advanced tumbling skills for cheerleaders and dancers.
