Our gymnastics programs are continuous and run 12 months of the year. Participants are welcome to join or drop a class at any time with no long-term commitment. If a drop request is received, we process the final months tuition, your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations.
Payment options for monthly tuition include:
- AutoPay with Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card ~ Credit Card information can be submitted through the parent portal, over the phone or in person at our office. *A 2% credit card convenience fee is applied to all monthly tuition processed through AutoPay, or
- E-Cheque ~ Cheque information can be submitted through the parent portal, over the phone or in person at our office. *There is no convenience fee applied to monthly tuition processed through E-Cheque.
Splitz will process monthly fees on the 1st of each month.
*Prices are subject to GST *Class tuitions are monthly *AutoPay information (Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card/E-Cheque) must be included to process a request *All members are required to have valid insurance. Registration/ Insurance fees are valid from September 1st, 2017- August 31st, 2018, they are non-refundable and will be processed upon your child’s first enrolment approval.
Registration and Insurance Fee
All students will be charged a $30 non-refundable registration/insurance fee. This fee is valid from September 1st, 2017 to August 31st, 2018 and will be automatically charged/renewed every September.
Make-up classes are available for members who have missed a class. As a service, you are able to schedule a make-up class (1 per month maximum) at any time after an absence has occurred and must be used within 30 days of the original absence by logging in to your account through the parent portal, searching for a class with an opening and requesting the make-up online. If you are unable to find a suitable class, day and time, please contact us and we may offer an open gym time. Classes are subject to availability and must be requested through our parent portal.
Class Transfer Fee
A $10 administrative fee will be applied for switching classes for personal scheduling. Class transfer requests can be made through the parent portal.
30 Day Medical Hold Policy
A doctors note must be provided to qualify for the request to hold payment and class space for up to 30 days should an injury occur.
A request to drop is required to cancel your child’s membership and must be done prior to the 1st of the month with 30 days’ notice. Requests to drop may be submitted through our parent portal, by email, by phone, or in person during office hours. Once a drop request is received, we process the final months’ tuition. Your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations.
Open Gym Policies
The fee for Open Gym is $7.00+ GST for non-member and $5.00+ GST for members currently enrolled. All participants must have valid insurance. This non-refundable insurance can be purchased for $15.00 (Valid from September 1st, 2017 through to August 31st, 2018). Children 6 years and under require parent supervision. Pre-registration is required and payment for Open Gym programs must be made through our parent portal directly from your account. Splitz does NOT accept cash. (Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card/E-Cheque) can be entered in your parent portal account through Autopay; payment will then be processed prior to arrival.
A 10% sibling discount will be applied to the second child registered in our classes, a 15% discount to the third child, a 25% discount to the fourth child and a 50% discount to the fifth child.
