At Splitz, we are committed to creating a safe, clean and exciting atmosphere for children to experience physical success.  Our passion is gymnastics and children.  We welcome all ages & abilities and challenge participants appropriately.  Our tremendous coaching staff and immaculate facility provide the ultimate playground for the Cloverdale community.

Our gymnastics programs are continuous and run 12 months of the year. Participants are welcome to join or drop a class at any time with no long-term commitment.  If a drop request is received, we process the final months tuition, your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations.



$30 Registration and Insurance Fee - All students will be charged a non-refundable Registration/Insurance fee.  This fee is valid from September 1st, 2017 to August 31st, 2018 and will be automatically charged/renewed every September.


Log in to your family account – Use your email address and password to log into your existing account if you have been in our programs at any time since June 2013.



Create a family account - By creating an account you will be able to register quickly for any of our programming at any time. Simply enter your family details, add your credit card information into “Autopay” and your child’s information under “Add a Student”.  Now you’re ready! 

*At anytime you may request a new password by clicking on ‘forgot password’ on the ‘log in’ page. A temporary password will be email to you, make sure this email is not in your junk mailbox. Enter the Parent Portal again and type your email and temporary password and click the “login” icon, you will be entered into your account.
Once your account details have been completed in full, you are able to request to register for any of our programs easily.


Requesting enrolment- Available program information for Classez, Campz, Open Gym and more can be found by using the search filters in blue.

Please note: *Prices are subject to GST *Class tuitions are monthly *AutoPay information (Visa/MasterCard) must be included to process a request *All members are required to have valid insurance.  Registration/ Insurance fees are valid from Sept 2017 - August 2018 and will be processed upon your child’s first enrolment approval.

We do our best to respond to all requests within 24 hours. 

Once Splitz has received your enrolment request, we will approve your request and forward you confirmation details by email, create the charges, process your payment and send a receipt.


Payment options for monthly tuition include:

1) AutoPay with Visa/MasterCard ~ Credit card information can be submitted through the parent portal, over the phone or in person at our office.  *A 2% credit card convenience fee is applied to all monthly tuition processed though AutoPay

2) Pre-Authorized Debit ~ A void cheque must be provided along with the manual form, which must be completed in the facility.

Splitz will process monthly fees on the 1st of each month. 


A request to drop is required to cancel your child’s membership and must be done prior to the 1st of the month with 30 days notice.  Requests to drop may be be submitted through our parent portal, by email, or in person during office hours.  Once a drop request is received, we process the final months tuition.  Your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations.


Make-up classes are available for members who have missed a class.  As a service, you are able to schedule a make up class (1 per month maximum) at any time after an absence has occurred and must be used within 30 days of the original absence by logging in to your account through the parent portal, searching for a class with an opening and requesting the make-up online. If you are unable to find a suitable class, day and time, please contact us and we may offer an open gym time. Classes are subject to availability and must be requested through our parent portal.

A doctors note must be provided to qualify for the request to hold payment and class space for up to 30 days should an injury occur.


A $10 administrative fee will be applied for switching classes for personal scheduling. Class switch requests can be made through the parent portal by clicking on enrolments and choosing the ‘transfer’ option.


The fee for Open Gym is $7.00+ GST. All participants must have valid insurance. This can be purchased for $15.00 (Valid from September 1st, 2017 through to August 31st, 2018). Children 6 years and under require parent supervision. Registration and payment for Open Gym programs must be made through our parent portal and will be open available for registration on the Monday of each new week. Splitz does NOT accept cash. Visa and MasterCard can be entered through the parent portal into your account details through Autopay; payment will then be processed prior to arrival.



There are no refunds or transfers within 5 business days of your camp
